LD30 House Race: Gowan, Sposito Have Early Lead

Looks like a tight race for second place in the GOP primary for two House seats in Legislative District 30, where both incumbents, Jonathan Paton and Marian McClure, are having good nights in their races for higher office.

With the Secretary of State reporting 100 percent of the vote counted in Cochise and Santa Cruz counties and the early ballots counted in Pima County:

David Gowan has 30.9 percent of the vote (6,793)

Doug Sposito has 23.6 percent of the vote (5,180)

Sharon Collins has 22.8 percent of the vote (5,013)

Frank Antenori has 22.7 percent of the vote (4,977)
